Rent Rooms
We currently have rooms available and it is first come, first served!
We have both rooms that we rent on a semester basis and rooms with permanent contracts. We have 2 properties mainly for students where we apply term contracts. Below you will find a few individual rooms, but there are also some additional rooms. For futures contracts, the contracts are from 1/1–30/6 and 1/8–31/12. The rental agreement is automatically extended with a new 6-month period unless the contract is terminated. The rent below is valid for an entire term but is calculated on the remaining months depending on the move-in date and is paid per month. During the month of July, you stay with us for free.
